Sweet and Sour Chicken

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 8 chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1 egg, beaten
Cornstarch
oil

Dip chicken into egg then cornstarch and fry in some oil until brown.  Put chicken in shallow baking pan.  Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees uncovered.  Turn chicken every 15 min.  Serve with rice.

Sauce recipe:
1 1/2 c. Sugar
8 Tb. Ketchup
1 c. White Vinegar
2 Tb. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
