Sharon's Strawberry Cake
White cake mix
1 pint whipping cream
2 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
Danish dessert
Lots of Strawberries - I use at least one of the 1 pound
containers.
Mix cake as directed on box. Bake in sheet pan for 20 minutes at
350 (I use 3 egg whites instead of 2 eggs to make the cake really
white, but it tastes good either way)
Whip cream, then add softened cream cheese and enough powdered
sugar to make it sweet. Spread on cooled cake.
For the glaze, buy a box of strawberry flavored Danish Dessert or
other strawberry glaze and mix according to directions. When it is
cooled , mix the strawberries with your glaze and spread on the cake.
